QUAD CITIES — Football fans, get ready for a night where the gridiron meets the graveyard. This Friday, the Quad Cities Steamwheelers are transforming their home turf into a haunted battleground with a spooky twist on game night — Halfway to Halloween is coming to the Fright Zone.

Partnering with the creative minds behind the Asylum of Mad Dreams, the Steamwheelers are bringing fans more than just football. Before kickoff, attendees can brave a haunted house experience set up just off the main stairs — a pre-game scare-fest designed to get pulses racing before the first down.

Season ticket holders will get a head start on the haunted thrills with early access at 5:00 PM, while general admission opens at 5:45 PM. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to take full advantage of the frightful fun and find their spot in the stands before the action begins.

In the spirit of the season, fans are invited to show off their spooky side by dressing up for a costume contest. Whether creepy, clever, or downright hilarious, costumes can earn fans a shot at free tickets to the Asylum of Mad Dreams — just snap a photo, post it, and tag the Steamwheelers on social media to enter.
